Once you are scheduled..... Here is what you need to know.....
Wear “appropriate shoes”.
Depending on the type of tour or event, you will be walking and interacting with Llamas and other animals. Some are big, some are small ......... but they all can, by accident, step on your feet.
If I may suggest: Tennis shoes or Boots
Wear comfortable clothing.
Please be mindful of the weather.
Long pants are recommended.
Shorts are just fine........ Just remember you are going to a ranch with grass and outside insects.
(Please bring insect repellent if wanted)
We can discuss particular events/tours on the phone. (Where you will be visiting on the ranch, walking on the ranch, if the ground is uneven, etc.)
The animals and the staff have prepared certain events especially for you. The time of your event/tour was decided upon for a reason. (One reason could be the heat of the day in Houston/Cypress). When you are late, this means the animals may not be able to accommodate you. Please let us know if you are running late or need to cancel by calling or texting 713-249-3893. (See the cancellation/refund policy)
For example: If your tour starts at 10:30 am, please try to be here at 10:30 am.

What to bring.
Each tour or event is specifically designed for you.
You will be well educated prior to your visit on what to bring.
For example: water, food, etc.
Just for your information that may help – there is a Buc-ee’s right down the street for your food/drink.
We can accommodate “special needs”. If someone in your group needs some additional help, please reach out to us and let us know. We do and can individualize for you.

Our bathrooms are ADA accessible.
One of our staff members is trained to work with special needs children/adults.
There will be a small deposit required to hold your special day
Figment Ranch Foundation (the “Foundation”) is qualified by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501c3 nonprofit organization. The funds raised by the Foundation are specifically used for the care, maintenance and welfare of the animals that we have rescued or who have been donated to us. As such, your participation in Events such as tours, parties, weddings and related activities is targeted to support these needy animals.
In the event that a registrant cancels an Event seven (7) days or more prior to the Event, the registrant shall receive one hundred (100%) percent of his or her deposit back from the Foundation. Alternatively, the registrant may reschedule the Event on a mutually agreeable date or the Foundation will provide a 501c3 receipt for your tax return for the full value of the deposit.
If the cancellation is received less than seven (7) days prior to the Event, the registrant may forfeit their full deposit. This will be discretionary with the Foundation and the Foundation will consider the circumstances surrounding such cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the foregoing, if a registrant cancels more than one (1) time, the Foundation will ask for the fees associated with the full Event rather than a deposit and the refund policies above shall apply.
The Foundation reserves the right to cancel an Event due to inclement weather or other circumstances that would make the Event non-viable. If the Foundation cancels an Event, registrants shall be offered the following alternatives: (a) full refund; (b) postpone the Event to a later date which is mutually agreeable; or (c) donate the deposit to the Foundation and we will provide you with a 501c3 receipt for the full value of your deposit for your tax return.
